Constructed from CA360 brass, this component had overall dimensions of 0.250″ in length and 0.685″ in diameter. In addition to the external threads, its complex features included seven precision drilled through holes. Utilizing highly automated, computer controlled CNC equipment, our technicians were able to manufacture the valve plug according the ± 0.002″ tolerance requirement of the customer specification.
