Swiss Tech is a privately owned Company in Knoxville TN. We manufacture precision component parts from rod and wire. Ranging in size from 0.019 OD to 3 inches OD. Manufacturing parts from materials such as Brass, Stainless, Copper, Steel, Aluminum, PEEK, Nylon, add Delron. We offer quantities from 5,000 to 4 Million parts annually of any one part number. We have over 2200 parts in our system, We manufacture as per a Customers Prints.

Swiss Tech manufactures parts for the following: Heavy Truck, Automotive, Gas Industry, Knife & Gun Parts, External Medical & Aircraft Parts, Not to mention ALL kinds of Industrial Parts for customers around the World.
CNC Department
We have 13 Star CNC Machines and 1 Nexturn CNC Ranging from . SR-10, SR-20, SR-32, and Nexturn 38 Millimeter Machines.
We produce parts as small as 0.093 OD to 1.378” in size op to 16” long. From a variety of materials.
They can hold some of the tightest tolerances in the business.
Escomatic Department
We have 31 D-6, D-9 & D2 Wire Esco’s. Most people have never seen this type of machine. It manufactures parts from stationary wire fed thru the center of a spinning Head with tools attached.
We can produce quantities from 10,000 to 3 million annually of any one part number.
The size range from 0.019″ OD to 0.354″ in size.

Multi-Spindle Department
We have a total of 21 Multi spindle Automatics. Our Davenports, New Britian’s, Warner Swasey’& Acme-Gridley’s can produce high volumes of parts in a short time. With some cycle times as short as 4 second’s per part.
These 5 & 6 Spindle machines run 12 foot rods with a capability of running from 25,000 to 3 Million in a short time.
They run Brass, Stainless, Steel and Copper.
Mazak/Haas
We have 10 Mazak’s and 1HAASs CNC Horizontals These CNC Machines can produce parts as large as 3” in size from a bar of rod.
The HAAS has both front and rear machining capability. The Mazak’s are more simplistic machines that pour out faster more simpler parts in a short time.
